FAQ

Before you order.

How does it help protect my original carpet?

The molded TPE base sits beneath the removable carpet insert. Raised sides and recessed grooves help contain tracked-in dirt and small spills.

How do I clean the two layers?

Remove and vacuum the carpet inserts separately. Take out the TPE bases for rinsing and let them dry before reinstalling.

Does every option include the starry carpet?

Yes. Every option includes TPE bases with matching removable starry carpet inserts. The specks are decorative texture, not lights.

Which Model Y version should I choose?

Match your Model Y or refreshed Model Y Juniper, including the seating layout. Mat shapes and included pieces vary by configuration; check your selected option for exact coverage.

What should I check when installing?

Remove existing loose mats, secure the new set as directed and check full brake and accelerator movement. Use only the matching carpet inserts supplied for the dual-layer system; do not stack unrelated mats.
